File View and Office 2003

I upgraded to Office 2003 and now I can't view jpg/bmp
files in the thumbnail view. The OS is Win 2000. Any
info would be greatly appreciated. .. Phil

Thanks Robert .. Now I have to get the courage to tinker
with the registry .. anyway I have to "jump" into the
pool sometime. Thanks again ... Phil
