FileConversion Errors in Word Doc! It Opens file in ASCII Code.

When I just my all Microsoft Word or Microsoft Exel File, It shows the File
Conversion Error.
Actually, It shows a file in ASCII Codes rather showing in the Normal
English Form. What should I do now!
Please help me in providing help regarding this issue!

Hi Faraz Arshad,

Check in File=>Open to see if the file type has changed to 'Recover Text from any file' rather than Word document. If it has not
then in Tools=>Options=>General try turning on the 'confirm conversion at open' then use File=>Open. If Word does not recognize the
file as a valid document it will popup a dialog at that point.

Be sure you're working with files from a hard drive, not from a CD/DVD/diskette.
