'filename.xls' cannot be accessed.

Hi

I m on Excel2003 Sp(2) .When I try to access an Excel file from a netowrk
drive I get the followig error 5 times out of 9. This issue dissapears when I
downgrade the Excel version. When I save files i follow the proper procedure
given on microsoft website.

error: 'filename.xls' cannot be accessed. The file may be read-only, or you
may be trying to access a read-only location. Or, the server the document is
stored on may not be responding.


Pls help me out
