Files I receive from others open blank

I receive various e-mails with PPT attachments. When I open PPT, the
presentation is blank. I do not receive an error message. I have updated my
PPT software to 2007 as this was also happening in an older version and I
thought maybe I needed the upgrade. Perhaps it is something in my computer
settings.

Open the ppt on other computer to test where the problem is.
If you can open it on other computer, this may because your PowerPoint
problem,Try to reinstall your powerpoint.
If you can't open it on other computer,too.Then it is obviously problem from
the email sender.
