I have a user that when he tries to drag and drop e-mails
to his archive our home directory he gets the
error "error occurred that prevented the file
H:\archive.pst from being saved" If I close outlook 2002
and start it again he is able to save but only for a
short time then the problem recurs. When this is
happening he cannot open any files on the network drive.
