I'd ask this question in a Windows group. This group is dedicated to
answering questions on Microsoft Access, the database product. You may have
a virus and need to rebuild your computer.
In any case, dlls need to be both installed and registered. While you may be
able to do a few individually, to do more than that will require a complete
re-installation of the programs and service packs.
