filing add on/ email organizing program for entourage 2004?

hi all,

i am searching for a program for entourage to be able to FILE my sent
items and other emails like i was working and organizing on my
windows notebook with a program called QUICKFILE (add on) for outlook
2003.

does anybody know if there is a program for entourage 2004 or anything
similar which could help me file/ organize my emails like in
QUICKFILE?

Hi Peter,

Welcome to the Mac!

It might be easier to get answers if people had a better sense of what
you are trying to do and how QuickFile worked.

For instance, I file a lot of my mail by using Rules--eg, all messages
to/from contacts in the Family category go into the Family folder. This
includes Sent mail--I just have to set up an Outgoing rule. I also use
the Project Center as a sort of categorized flag system--when skimming
mailing lists, I can manually tag certain messages as belonging to a
Save project, then later I go to the Save project and see them all
neatly listed there.

If you could give some concrete examples of that sort about what you
want to do, you'll likely get helpful answers. Also, it probably matters
whether you mean with regard to POP, IMAP, or Exchange accounts.

There are quite a lot of additional scripts for Entourage, although
Rules and Projects are built into the program. Also, a lot of
