The requirements for a pure data db, e.g. CD's etc may not be the same as
for a 'report'/ written material db
ie you may need the ability to search on content etc.
A data db can be quite simple, and accomplished with any basic db app,
whilst the other can be quite complex and may require a specialist type of
db app.
The MS Access db maybe ott for yr data db
