Fill cell folor depending on result in the cell ?

Is there away to cause a cell to fill with (let's say...) red if the result
of the cell is a particula number (like a 1)

In other words, can I have a cell fill with red if it has the result of one
in it?

Conditional Formatting has a limit of 3 color choices per
cell in addition to the default format color.

The advantage of C.F. is that it doesn't matter how the
value of the gets changed -- not your concern. Unlike
having to use an Event Macro
