Fill color wont' stay

Ok, I set row 1 with a RED fill, but every time I save the workbook, it
reverts back to "No Fill". The text, however, stays white.

Any idea's why this is?

That is definitely some bizarre behavior from Excel. Can you shut down and
restart? That should resolve any such problem.
