Fill fields automatically

I've created a from that has certian fields whom values are looked up from a
Pricing tbl.
Example:
Item Option Desc1 Desc2 Price Etc Etc Etc

First-when tha user selects an Item, I would only like to display those
Options available for that Item.

Second-after the Option is selected I would that to have the remaining
fields automatically populated.

I know how to do this if I were only using 1 criteria (Item) via DLookup,
but my mind is blank using the second criteria (Option).

Any thoughts?
