Fill In Fields in a Template

Does anyone know if there is a way to repeat a fill in in multiple places in
a template? For example, one of the fill in fields is "company name", it
appears several time throughout the template. I want to be able to type it
once and have it appear in all the correct places. This is a template I've
created and the company name will change every time I use it. I'd appreciate
any help I can get! Thanks in advance!

Please repost with this minimum information required:

1. Office Version.
2. Application
3. How is the "fill-in" created?

I am using Office 2003 and I am creating a template in Word. I am creating
the "fill in" by placing my cursor where I want the information to be placed,
then I click on "insert" then "fields". When that window opens I chose "mail
merge" from the catefories list and from that menu I choose "fill in". It
then comes up as fiels properties and asks for the "prompt". It works fine
for everything, I ust don't want to have to type the same thing into a
propmpt 6 or 7 times, I thought if there was a way repeat it would be easier.
Thanks!
