Please be patient I am a beginner,
I have a form where I register the group of people (from a table called
members) who will attend to a certain activity. There is a field with details
of the activity and there is a subform where I select who will attend, then
there I select them from a combo box in each line. Therefore, every person
who will assist is selected from the combo box. What I want is:
1- That some member appear in the list at once according to some conditions
defined by 5 y/n-fields
2- Select by an y/n- field who will come and who will not
3- See how many told "yes", how many told "no", and who where not called at
all
Does anyone can give me an advice, about how to do this
