Filling a cell w/ periods

I want to enter some text (left justified) in a cell and
then have periods fill all the way to the right of the
cell. Are there any shortcuts available for this?

Set a right tab with a period leader (if you don't know how to do this, see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/SettingTabs.htm), then use Ctrl+Tab to
tab to it.
