Filling a shape with a picture

I have a shape, essentially a rectangle, that I want to fill with a picture
(a jpeg image).

Is there any way to do that or to place the jpeg image on the page and use
the rectangle to mask all but the are of the image covered by the rectangle.

I use Vision 2003 SP1.

On the Picture toolbar, there's a Crop tool. This will let you clip the
edges of an image.

So you can resize the whole picture using the Pointer tool, then crop it
using the Crop tool.

This should get you started.
