Filling Empty Cells Between Entries

Hi everyone,

I would be hard pressed to believe I'm the first one with this issue.

I have some reports in Excel that I need to import into access.

For ease of reading in Excel, the reports are formatted such that repeating
columns are suppressed.

For example, you'd have

Vendor Number Order Qty, Dollars
2086
01 10
$100
02 5
$250
2087
03 11
$110
04 7
$60

etc

How do I auto-fill each line item with the vendor number so that I can do
sums and subtotals in Access?
