Filter based upon subform

I have a subform which contains a simple list of items(Say Item1, Item2,
Item3). I reference the item selected in a query's criteria to filter my
records.

My question is, can you select multiple items in the subform and thus filter
your query using the multiple items?

Any help is much appreciated.
