I have a form where there are 5 fields with conditional formatting
based on another field ("status").
If status is "Complete" then the five additional fields are set to
"Enabled", otherwise the fields are disabled. When I go to the "Filter
by form", then the fields that have the conditional formatting applied
to them are always greyed out, even if I select "Complete" in the
"status" field.

It must be something simple I am missing.
