Filter by Form in DAP?

Anyone know how to trigger the "FilterByForm" Method in a DAP? I know a
little about VB but nothing about scripting. I've created the command button
for the onclick event. Call it "Command0". That's about as far as I have
gotten. Thanks so much for any info!
