Create a command button
In the On_Click event:

DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdFilterByForm

For your unapply filter button
Create a command button
In the On Click event:
DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdRemoveFilterSort
DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdFilterByForm
