Filter by Form

Hi all
what exactly is Filter by Form?
If I do make selection in Querys to get new Tables - is
this alredy Filter by Form?
I created a Database and it is not running properly with
Runtime Version (ART2KMin - not from Developer Version -
but for Access 2000 - and I work with Access 2000 as well)
Does anybody have a solution for me?
