Is there a way to filter by a formula? For instance, I want to filte
all data with dates < today(). I tried entering in 'less than' an
'today()' but it didn't work for me.

Hi,

I recommend a site named contextures. The address is
www.contextures.com/xladvfilter01.html. I found out about it from the
newsgroup and it is great for understanding filters.
