Filter drop down box fonts TOO SMALL

Hey there... when I use the filter function, the font in the drop down box is WAY TOO SMALL to read.... any way to increase the font size? Please help! I'm going blind!!

I don't think you can change the size, but you could zoom in (make the zoom
percentage 200% and see if that's too big!)
