Filter keys

I accidently held down the shift key for too long and now
it says i have activated the filter keys. I am unable to
use my keyboard all together. Please tell me how to take
this off and how i can disable it permanently. Feel free
to email me.

Not really a Word question but go to your Control Panel and turn off
Filter Keys in Accessibility Options.
