Your question is a bit brief. Great: I can speculate all I want. For
example I speculate you have Access 2007 and a form in formview with a
number field. You can filter for numbers between 1 and 200 by
right-clicking that field and selecting the appropriate filter.
Then you can sort the resulting records by once again right-clicking
the field and selecting A->Z from the ribbon.
