Filtering based on selection

Is there a way to filter based on a selection from a specific selection from
a pull down form?

I'll use a car example to show you what I'm trying to do:

I have a list of cars on my list of choices:

Acura
Honda
Toyota

All of these come with certain options available to them. When I click on
Acura, I want a list of Acura's available options filtered from a master list
of options to appear on screen. The tricky part is that Acura, Honda, and
Toyota have some overlapping options (alloy wheels, 6 CD disc changer, etc).
How do I go about doing this in Excel? Am I stuck doing this in Access?

I'm not running a car business, but this was just an easier way of
describing what I want to do with my spreadsheet.
