I have been trying to filter both the Business Contacts view and filter
contacts when using mail merge for multiple conditions on the same
user-defined field with no success. Also, I can not find a way to change the
sql statement when filtering the view from "or" to "and"; the window allowing
you to change the sql statement only shows part of the sql statement so I'm
not sure what is being done in the background. In all cases all records are
returned when I try any of these conditions.
