Filtering holidays and weekends for reminders

Is it possible to filter out holidays and weekends for reminders? I a
working with someone who gets 45 days to accomplish a task, and i
needs to exclude holidays and weekends from the reminders

No. You'd need to calculate when its due and enter that as the due date.
