Filtering in a Form

I have a primary table that keeps information on Experts. I have a related
table that keeps the Expert's Speciality. Each Expert has 1 or more
Specialities. Each Speciality is a record, related to the primary table with
the ExpertID. I have a form for the Experts and a datasheet subform that
shows the Specialities of each Expert.

Is there a way, from the form, to filter the Expert's records for a specific
Speciality?
