I have 2 stand alone computers running OUTLOOK 2002 on XP Home. The scene is:
Both computers start with identical Contacts folders. Computer #1 is doing
file maintenance -- adds & changes, while computer #2 is progressively
adding/revising records in a comments text field. When I apply the adds &
changes from #1 to #2 using IMPORT/EXPORT, of course the text field on #2
gets overwritten, causing #2 to lose all the comments. Is there any way that
I can prevent only that text field from being overwritten? There is a Filter
Tab on the Import Personal Folders screen, but I can't get anywhere with it..
