I set up an email rule in Outlook to put all incoming mail in a junk folder
except for mail from people in my contacts list. I've encountered two
problems:
1) Only the first email address is recognized (email: and not email2: or
email3
for contacts with multiple email address. To solve this I've had to
make multile contact entries for each email address.
2) Two new contacts are not recognized as exceptions although I've added
them to my contacts list and to the exception list.
Does anyone have any suggestions to fix these problems.
