Filtering to accept only my name as Recipient

In Outlook XP, How can I set the filtering to accept only my name or my
nickname(s) as the Recipient? I get a ton of trash that has other names
(SPAM) but I want Outlook to move all emails that don't have my name or my
nickname(s) directly into the trash. Is this possible? This does not seem to
be one of the set Rules.
