There are multiple project managers who are creating schedules and putting
them onto a Project Server. Anyone who wishes to see a schedule has the
ability too see each other's schedule, through both PWA and Professional. Is
there a way to filter out specific schedules, so that a group of people do
not see it?

If you care to explore the potential of both the RBS within Project
Professional and the attributes invested by membership of Groups and the
influence of Categories and Security Templates within Project Web Access you
can very neatly "divide & conquer" access to information.

I have prepared a simple word document that walks through the implications
of these features if you are interested - it covers different scenarios for
the same individual depending where they reside in the RBS and what groups
they belong to within PWA. I can provide a copy if required.
