I know there must be an easy way to do this. My form has a subform which
shows up in datasheet view. Naturally the subform allows multiple entries
based on the information provided on the base form. Example: I have an
approval letter form which needs to allow two contractors to be listed
because the changes belong together.
Here's the problem. When I view the form (or even the report for that
matter), Access will show me the perfect image of what I want, unfortunately,
if there are multiple entries on the form (or report) it will show me the
same page multiple times.
How do I filter my data so that it only shows me each page once with all of
the appropriate information.
