In some of the screens in PWA (i.e. Project Center, Projects) there is a tab
at the top of the view called Filter, Group, Search. When you open this,
there is a Filter drop-down box. In that box there are only two options: All
'whatever' and custom filter. Is there a way to create other filters that
appear in that drop-down box?
