Filters.txt

Outlook 2002 (10.2627.2625)

Have just switched for Outlook Express to Outlook.
I was not successful in moving my custom made Spam rules
to another p.c. I am hoping I can do better with Outlook.
Is the rules built in the ".PST" file or is it similar to
Express.

Is "Adult and Junk" a built-in fixed rule or can it be
added to by the end user. Don't understand the
relationship to the "filters.txt" and making a custom
rule. What is the difference. Is filters.txt only a
information readme file, or is it operational.

Can someone guide me on how to get informed. The solution
I am looking for is to custom make Spam rule's and be able
to move them to another computer when updating, what I
could not do successfully with Express

Filters.txt is a readme file. Check

I just did the same thing........... I am trying to use Outlook rather
than Outlook Express... I would like to continue to use the filters
that I set up in the Express... is it possible to import the filters
as well as all the folders/contents/emails and other setting from
Outlook express to Outlook?

I might mention that I have moved the folders appartently successfully
to Outlook and also my addresses, but the filters did not come along
with them.... I like the filter portion of the Express... can I get
them into my Outlook from Express?...........

Short of that............ I guess I will continue to use both?!... the
Express for my email and the Outlook for all other.......... I would
rather use just one program if that is possible..........
......you said......... I said............
