Outlook 2003
I have a user that has multiple multiple mailboxes in their outlook in
addition to their own. When entering a contact name in the "find a contact"
field, an error message appears "outlook could not find the requested
contact" even though the contact exists and the spelling is correct.
In addition, when clicking/selecting another users contact folder and then
typing in the "find a contact" field, the search looks at the default users
contacts folder only and NOT the contacts folder of the selected (other) user.
This worked properly in Outlook 2000, but after upgrading the user to
Outlook 2003, this problem began.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Mark
