Hi. Every week I have to download attendance data from a finger scanner device which is saved as an .xlsx file. I can open the file and view the data but I can't edit anything due to password protection.
There are many methods for removing password protection from Excel files, but I would rather find out what the sheet protection password is because I think it would be the same password every week and it would save me time if I knew it. Is there any way to find the sheet protection password?
I've checked the user manual for the finger scanner and I've tried using my admin password for the finger scanner, but to no avail. The data in the file is anonymous so I don't mind sharing or upload the file.
