Find a specific record

I have a form pulling data from a table. How can I put a field in the form
to enter a contact ID to go to that specific record rather than scroll
through all the records to get to that one?

I would ignore Gina, her answer is to use Jet, no matter how
applicable.

I'd just move to SQL Server
