Find and Replace are not working in Frontpage 2002

Find and Replace are not working in my Frontpage 2002.

I have tried
Detect and Repair,
re-installing Frontpage,
un-installing Frontpage and re-installing Frontpage,
un-re-installing Frontpage and re-re-installing Frontpage,
updating Frontpage,
removing Add Ins
downloading and installing new Add Ins
re-starting my computer and
re-re-starting my computer.

Nothing I tried has fixed the problem.

If you know how to fix it, Please let me know and please
let me know how to fix it.
