find and replace hyperlink?

Hi, I want to globally find and replace the contents of a hyperlink with a
new hyperlink. For example, I want this

Jul.xls#'Title Page'!A1

to be replaced with

Aug.xls#'Title Page'!A1

I can't seem to find a way do it. Is there a way?
