Find and Replace

Hi

I am using Word 2000 SP3,
when do a find and replace,
R/T replaced with Retention,
the word retention comes out in caps.

How can I get it to replace as shown above with a capital letter followed by
lower case?

Check the "more" item on the "Replace" dialog box and check "Match Case"
