Is there any way to find all your red text and replace it with a larger
font? This is so I can print it out on a black and white laser instead of a
color printer.

Office is a collection of several programs. Most, if not all of them, have
different ways to do similar things. Which of those programs are you using
that you want to be able to do that?

I am pretty sure you *can* do it in Excel but as my skills in Excel aren't
as strong as I'd like I have to walk myself thru this. (I use Excel 2003 so
I can't guarantee it will be exactly the same.)

Edit - Replace
Click on Format in the "find what" line - select the Font tab - choose your
color - click on OK
Click on Format in the "Replace with" line - select the Font tab - select
the color and font size - click on OK

Click on Replace All (or whichever button you prefer)
