Find company names when using the select names in search

Creating a new email
Clicking on "To" brings up the "Select names" box
Selecting the Business Contacts from the Address Book scroll down menu

How do I search by Company?

If I know the company name and don't recall the name of the contact then I
have to go to the BCM Business Contact search screen, key in the company
name, find the name of the contact that I want to email, go back to the
"Select names" box and key it in. Where is the integration??

I use this method because I am sending the same email to multiple contacts.
