Find dialog problem

I have Word2000 with Win2000 as OS.
When I open Word and type some text and go for Edit Find,
the Find dialog box comes up but the Word document that I
have becomes minimized.

I tried Format, Font. I tried File, Print, etc-all these
dialog boxes are ok.

I removed norton to see. It helped a bit.In previous docs
I do not have this behaviour. But if I open Word and
create new document I have this problem.

Please suggest.

Does your monitor have dual monitor support?

If so then you may be encountering the same problem described in this
