That's true, but it would be nice if Outlook could take care of it. I had to
spend like $35 on a program to find all the duplicate contacts my PDA
created. Your defense that they weren't created by Outlook, it's kind of
like saying, "viruses weren't created by Windows, so we're not gonna deal
with them." Windows has some self-repair capabilities; it would be nice if
Outlook could do some of its own self-repair as well.
