Find Duplicate In Single Table

I hv this sample field in my table

Name IDNO AltIDNO
Mr A 123 789
Mr B 321 125
Mr C 456 123

I want to find duplicate values in IDNO & AltIDNO, in this case Mr A & Mr C
will match the query.
