Find formulas w links to other files and paste values

I'm trying to find a way to highlight all cells in one go which hav
links to other files. My next step would be to copy and then past
values. This in order to speed up the file's calculations when
forward the file to other people who don't have access to the sam
external file.

Does anyone know how to highlight all cells with external links??
