Find in an Exchange Environment

I currently have an issue throughout my entire environment with
respects to the FIND tool in Outlook. We are unable to search for an
mail that post Dates August 05. We are all running online opposed to
cache. I believe it to be a exchange issue but am unsure!? Any Ideas?
