find invite attendees on toolbar

I'm sorry but admit that I can't find the tab to change my appointment to a
meeting by "clicking on the standard toolbar - invite attendees". Is it on
the calendar page or appointment page or what. I don't see it anywhere. I
am in the Outlook training
